Democratic Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton responded on Wednesday night to the possibility that she would send troops to fight in foreign nations.
“I cannot promise that, as President, I will not expand the army’s operations abroad. I know that the use of military force is the last resort, and that is the difference between the Republican candidates and me. I will do everything that I can to prevent this.”
