Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked denied the Ometz movement’s request to suspend the state prosecutor, in light of a severe complaint made against him with respect to a case regarding forensics expert Dr. Maya Furman.
Nevertheless, the Justice Ministry’s response to Ometz made it clear that the prosecution made a mistake in its conduct during the case.
