A panel of five Supreme Court justices, under the leadership of Justice Elikim Rubenstein, has ruled that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu must submit a statement on the gas outline by next Monday, for judicial review.
The panel further declared that, immediately after the statement is filed, the Court will continue looking into an appeal against the outline.
