Syrian opposition chief Riad Hijab arrived in Switzerland on Wednesday afternoon, his grouping told AFP, in a move that could rekindle troubled UN-brokered peace talks.
"Riad Hijab has arrived in Geneva," the official High Negotiations Committee account said on Twitter.
