The Knesset plenum is expected to approve this week second and third readings of a bill to reduce water rates by 14.5%. Israel Hayom reports.
As per the request of Interior Minister Aryeh Deri, Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon will allocate an additional 300 million shekels annually towards the price reduction.
