A study formulated by the International Legal Forum (ILF) reveals that 70% of schools in eastern Jerusalem are meant to be supervised and censored by the Education Ministry and Jerusalem Municipality. However, for the past several years, the schools have been teaching principles that encourage "martyrdom", only allude to Palestinian Arabs living in Israel, and declare all land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea a “Palestinian State.”
The head of the ILF turned to Education Minister Naftali Bennett and said that supervision over the eastern Jerusalem schools is not being done sufficiently and “The proof is in the pudding.”
