Magen David Adom volunteer paramedics rushed on Tuesday to a home in Kiryat Ata, following reports that an eight-year-old girl collapsed in her home.
Attempts were made to revive the girl, but she was eventually pronounced dead. Reports indicate that her death was caused b inhaling helium from a balloon.
