MK Yitzhak Herzog responded on Monday during a meeting of the Zionist Union faction to the storm that took place on Sunday during his party’s conference.
According to Herzog, “Yesterday, during the conference, a couple noise-makers stood up and called me a dictator. I thank them for the compliment… I am not losing eye contact or faith in the two-state solution. The path that I am leading is the only path that will head in that direction. Whoever wants to continue to sell dreams to the public is causing damage. The plan that I formulated is in line with the harsh reality that surrounds us, and connects to solutions that will keep Israel Jewish and democratic.”
