The Knesset's Labor and Welfare Committee has approved the second and third readings of MK Rachel Azaria's (Kulanu) bill, known as the "Freedom Law."
According to the proposal, workers with up to four years' experience at their place of employment and who work five days per week will receive 12 vacation days per year, instead of the current 10 days. Those who work six days per week will receive 14 vacation days instead of 12.
Workers who have at least five years' seniority will not see a change.
