At least 45 people were killed and dozens more wounded on Sunday in three bombings near the Shiite Sayyida Zeinab shrine south of the Syrian capital Damascus, state media said, according to AFP.
110 people were wounded in a car bomb attack and two suicide bombings. An earlier report said more than 10 people were killed in the blasts.
