A spokesperson for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon denied accusations made by Israel that Ban is supporting terrorism.
“Nothing is further from the truth. Ban will not take back his statements,” the spokesperson said, adding that Ban believes that there is no justification for terrorism, but “The Palestinians and the Israelis must understand that the status quo will not last.”
