Russia cautions its citizens in Turkey against ISIS abduction

Russia cautioned its citizens currently residing in Turkey against “Islamic State” (ISIS) abductions.

All tourists not with organized tour groups were told to take all possible and necessary measures in order to ensure their personal safety.
