In light of the frost and the layer of ice on the roads, mainly on the road between the Binyamin region communities of Ofra and Givat Assaf, schools in Ofra and Psagot, as well as the Bnei Binyamin yeshiva in Beit El, will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Shuttle buses between the communities will begin their routes at 9:00 a.m.
The shuttle buses from the Shilo region to Jerusalem will also begin their routes at 9:00 a.m. Schools in the greater Shilo area and in the other nearby communities will begin at their regular times.
