A Turkish newspaper reports advancements in talks regarding the normalization of ties between Turkey and Israel.
The reports indicate that it was agreed that Israel will compensate the families of the Marmara flotilla casualties a total of 20 million dollars. In exchange, Turkey will cancel all lawsuits against IDF forces who were involved in the flotilla event.
