Cuban President Raoul Castro is planning to visit France at the beginning of February. While there, he will meet with his French counterpart, François Hollande.
This will be the first time a Cuban president has visited France since 1995. Last May, Hollande was the first Western president to travel to Cuba in over 50 years.
