Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon spoke on Sunday evening with the head of the Har Hevron Regional Council Yochai Damri and sought to strengthen the residents of the area following the stabbing attack in Otniel.
During the conversation with Damri, Ya'alon clarified that the security forces continue to hunt the terrorist and said that he had no doubt they would catch him.
