Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke on Sunday evening with Yochai Damri, head of the Har Hevron Regional Council, following the terrorist attack in Otniel in which Dafna Meir was murdered.
Netanyahu assured Damri that the security forces will find the terrorist murderer and that he "would pay the full price for this abominable murder".
