Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein (Likud) met with Pope Francis in Rome this evening (Sunday). MK Edelstein thanked the Pope for his wok in advancing the relations between Jews and Christians.
Edelstein then asked the Pope to encourage tourism to Israel among his followers, as it would support Israel's economy and help both Jews and Arabs who are interested in stability and quiet.
