Witnesses at the scene of today's (Sunday) terror attack in Otniel say that the attacker worked in the community and used this experience to carry out his attack.
The terrorist murdered a woman in her home, and is still at large.
Security officials have told Arutz Sheva that they believe he managed to escape from the site after his attack. Forces are now searching the region in an effort to find him.
