29 people from over 18 different countries were killed in a terror attack at a hotel in Burkina Faso, Africa on Saturday night. The hotel was favored by Westerners. An al-Qaeda group claimed responsibility.
While the victims were from at least 15 countries, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that six of them were Canadian citizens. Reports indicate that the Canadian casualties were from the province of Quebec.
