Overcrowding at Carmel Hospital’s emergency room in Haifa

 The Carmel Hospital in Haifa announced on Thursday morning that its emergency room was extremely crowded, at a minimal capacity of 150%.

“We ask that only emergency cases arrive at the hospital,” the head of the emergency room said.
