ISIS claims attack near Pakistan consulate in Afghan city

The "Islamic State" (ISIS) terrorist organization claimed responsibility for the attack near the Pakistani consulate in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, AFP reports.

Seven people were killed in the attack.
