Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke at a ceremony in honor of new submarines at a naval base in Haifa.
“Above all, our submarines intimidate our enemies, who seek to destroy us. They will not achieve their goals. They must know that Israel is capable of attacking with great force anyone who attempts to hurt us,” Netanyahu said.
