Aid convoys carrying food, medicine and blankets prepared Monday to enter the besieged Syrian town of Madaya, where more than two dozen people have reportedly starved to death, an aid official said, according to AFP.
The assistance is expected to enter Madaya, which is blockaded by the regime, at the same time as convoys carrying aid for two Syrian towns under rebel siege, Fuaa and Kafraya.
