The US-led coalition against ISIS carried out 16 airstrikes in Iraq and Syria yesterday (Saturday).
Eleven of the attacks took place in Syria, focusing on the areas of Raqqa, Manbij, Kamal, Dayr Az Zawr, and Ayn Isa. One plane destroyed more than a dozen gas and oil plants.
Six of the attacks in Iraq were around the central city of Ramadi. They targeted weapons, an IED, and ISIS fighters.
There is no information on civilian casualties or measures taken to avoid harming non-combatants.
