Two teenagers from southern Israel were arrested on suspicion of setting fire to a Welfare Ministry building in Sderot last October. One suspect is 16 years old, the other is 17.
The crime was allegedly intended as "revenge" by one of the youths against the Ministry for remarks made during a telephone conversation with a Ministry employee.
The building was badly damaged by the fire, though no one was harmed.
