Police Chief Commissioner Roni Alsheich decided to acquit Major-General Yaron Be’eri of the allegations made against him regarding contact with Attorney Ronald Fischer.
Alsheich made it clear that he is certain that the case required an interview with a commanding officer, not a courtroom process with a single judge.
