Update: Man shot dead near Paris police station cried 'Allahu Akbar'

The man shot dead near a Paris police station had a knife and apparent explosives vest, AFP reports.

Prior to being shot, the man reportedly shouted out "Allahu Akbar," thereby identifying himself as a terrorist.
