Dutch Foreign Minister Bert Koenders says that his country will host an international conference focused on the "fight against terror" next week.
According to Koenders, the event will include Europol, members of the coalition fighting ISIS and the Global Counterterrorism Forum. He added that "terrorism... is a virus that is continually adapting itself," and that countries must cooperate in order to stop it.
He added that attendees will talk about how to protect their civilians and better methods of sharing intelligence.
