The Supreme Court has released an conditional order against an amendment to the security services law dealing with conscripting haredi soldiers. An appeal against the amendment had been filed by the Movement for Quality Government.
Nine justices contributed to the decision, after which Chief Justice Miriam Naor demanded that the Knesset and other authorities show their justified need for such a rule.
