Ivory Coast's government has resigned, only two months after President Alassane Ouattara was reelected. President Ouattara claims that the resignation will improve the West African country's "efficiency."
Ouattara further stated that a new cabinet will be "put in place in the coming days -- targeting greater cohesion and more efficiency of government action."
He did not mention whether Daniel Kablan Duncan will remain Prime Minister.
