MK Miki Zohar (Likud) presented his "Sabbath Law" proposal to the Knesset today. The bill would force businesses to close on Shabbat.
As he spoke, several MKs from the opposition interrupted and made such a disturbance that they were removed from the hall.
"Call me a dark and Messianic religious coercer. I will follow my path in faith until the end. My success is the success of the entire Jewish People. We are here thanks to the Holy One," said MK Zohar.
The vote on the bill has been pushed off to an unspecified, but close, date.
