Shas head Aryeh Deri has asked Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein to give his legal opinion on Deri's expected reappointment as Interior Minister.
Inside sources say that, though it is clear there is no legal objection to the appointment, Deri has asked to receive assurances to the fact in writing, in order to remove any doubts.
