Republican Presidential hopeful, Donald Trump, slammed President Barack Obama and his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, claiming that they created the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization.
“Clinton and Obama created ISIS. Together, they birthed this organization,” Trump said during a speech.
