MDA teams, which were on high alert for New Year's celebrators, treated about 461 people across the country last night (Thursday). This includes 43 who were involved in traffic accidents, all of whom were lightly injured.
In addition, MDA teams treated eight victims of violence who were then taken to hospitals. One was moderately wounded and seven lightly. Sixty-three youths and adults were treated for alcohol poisoning, including three 14-year-olds in Ashdod, Tel Aviv and Haifa.
First responders also assisted in 33 cases of lost consciousness over the night.
