Police in Turkey have arrested two people suspected of planning a suicide attack on New Year's Eve. The identities and nationality of the pair have not been released.
An official told AFP, "They are suspected of being affiliated with the Islamic State and were planning an attack on the New Year in Ankara."
In October, two suicide bombers killed 103 people in Ankara, the country's capital.
