A Jewish minor who was arrested on suspicion of committing property crimes with a nationalist purpose has been released, according to the legal defense organization Honenu.
Referring to a crime that is committed with a nationalist purpose is the official designation for terrorism.
The youth was arrested on Monday. His lawyer, Aharon Roza from Honenu, submitted an appeal against an extended sentence, which the Petah Tikvah court accepted.
During his detainment, the suspect underwent questioning by the police, prison services, and Shin Bet.
