Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu phoned Welfare Minister Haim Katz on Tuesday night and congratulated him on his winning the post of chairman of the Likud Central Committee.
"We will work together in cooperation for the sake of a strong and united Likud and will continue to lead Israel in our own way - the Likud way," Netanyahu said.
