A central district court annulled a ruling made by a Kfar Saba court, according to which the prosecution acted with selective enforcement upon prosecuting rightwing activist Uri Baram, who distributed a video calling to murder State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan.
The district court’s decision was made following appeals filed both by Baram and the State against the ruling that selective enforcement was used in the case.
