A Jerusalem district court accepted the appeal of rightwing activist Yehuda Etzion and canceled the ruling distancing him from Temple Mount.
Etzion was distanced from Temple Mount last week, after allegedly violating Tempe Mount rules by waving his hands to resemble prayer.
