Professor who incited against Shaked refuses to retract statement

Dr. Ofer Cassif, the Hebrew University professor who called Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked “Neo-Nazi scum” in a Facebook post, will not retract his statement.

“I will not take back what I said against Ayelet Shaked,” the professor told Channel 2. “I do not represent the university, only myself. Silence only makes things worse. We are in a situation much like 1935 Germany.”
