At least 15 people were killed in two terror attacks in Mali early this morning (Monday). The attacks took place in the northern Kidal region, near the border with Algeria.
The Ansar Dine Islamist group has taken responsibility for the strikes on its website. Ansar Dine is connected with al-Qaeda.
