President Reuven Rivlin made a condolence call to the family of Rabbi Reuven Birmacher today (Sunday). Rabbi Birmacher was murdered by a terrorist on Thursday.
The bereaved family told President Rivlin that Reuven considered it a great privilege to live in Israel, even though they all faced many difficulties after coming from Argentina.
"The personal pain and sorrow is great, and I pray – together with you – that happier times will soon return," Rivlin told the family.
