Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has accused the head of the pro-Kurdish opposition party, Selahattin Demirtas, of treason, after the latter criticized the downing of a Russian fighter jet.
Demirtas made him comment during an official visit to Moscow.
"They take sides with whoever Turkey is facing a crisis with. Demirtas saying in Moscow that Turkey's downing of Russian jet was wrong is a total disgrace and treason," said Davutoglu.
