Police are investigating the assault of a 24-year-old Jewish man at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn as a possible hate crime, the local PIX11 television reported Thursday.
The assault happened around 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday on campus in Crown Heights, according to the station. The student, who was wearing a yarmulke (kippah), had finished taking an exam.
