Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Wednesday claimed that the United States Congress’ decision to block visa-free travel by Iranian nationals or those who visited Iran is a violation of the nuclear agreement signed between Iran and the West.
In comments carried by the Fars news agency, Zarif stressed that the administration is responsible for resolving this issue on its own via dialogue with Congress.
