The president of the National Labor Court, Judge Yigal Plitmann, on Tuesday night ordered the Histadrut Labor Federation and the Treasury to update the Court regarding the progress in negotiations between the parties to avert a strike on Wednesday.
The judge added that if an update is not received, he will hold a discussion on the subject at midnight.
