Police on patrol in the village of Arraba noticed a commercial vehicle driving in a suspicious manner.
They stopped it and found that a 12-year-old youth was driving, with his father sitting in the passenger seat. A four-year-old was in the back seat.
The father's license has been suspended for 30 days and he will have to appear in traffic court.
