Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein announced to Knesset Speaker Yoel (Yuli) Edelstein that charges will be filed against MK Hanin Zoabi, as per the plea bargain signed between the sides.
Within the frameworks of the plea bargain, Zoabi wrote an apology letter, which stated that “My expressions were in light of the harsh arrests. They were said in a storm of emotions, and do not represent my manner or my way. I did not intend to hurt anyone.”
