The Supreme Court denied on Monday the petition of one of the Duma case’s suspects to be allowed to meet with a lawyer for an end to be put to the Shin Bet’s (ISA, Israel Security Agency) current method of interrogation.
The detainee is suspected of crimes of membership in an illegal organization, intentional murder and making connections to commit a crime.
